TRIBORO UNITED SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

Terms & Conditions:

By accepting a Club scholarship, the parent and the player acknowledge their obligation to comply with the terms and conditions of the Club’s scholarship program as set out herein:

1.      The player agrees to play the entire season (September-June) exclusively for Triboro United and understands that the Triboro United will not release the player or the player pass to any other entity.

2.     The player shall meet the general requirement to not miss a game, tournament, competition or event for any participation in a non-Club game, tournament, competition, or event unless the player has received prior approval of the Triboro United Coach.

3.     The player shall meet the mandatory requirement to regularly attend practice sessions and games.  Triboro United may withdraw the scholarship and remove the player from the roster without prior notice for failure to attend practices or games.

4.     The scholarship award will be applied to the travel program fee, and the balance of the fee must be paid according to the payment schedule as advised by Triboro United or as agreed in writing between the Player and the Club.

5.     Failure to pay any outstanding balance according to the agreed upon payment schedule may result in the player being considered “not in good standing” and may result in the player being suspended and/or revocation of the scholarship.

6.     If a scholarship is awarded to the player, the family agrees to provide the players school report card to the Club.  The Player must be in good academic standing in order to receive financial assistance from Triboro United.
